AG Corporate Law

Founded in 2023

AG Corporate Law may be a new player in the legal market, but its owner and director, Adam Gilbert, has been a qualified solicitor since 2007. Conveniently based in North Nottinghamshire, we have assembled a team of legal professionals that are dedicated to supporting business owners by ensuring the legal advice we provide helps the business grow and legal risks are minimised.

In addition to providing corporate legal advice on mergers, acquisitions or disposal transactions, the team also specialises in all aspects of commercial law, which includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, from terms and conditions to supply chain agreements and data protection issues.

Trust in the expertise of AG Corporate Law and let us help you with all your legal needs.
